The 2025-26 season fixtures can be viewed by clicking on the fixtures and results page and are almost complete. I hope to arrange all of the Anglo-Welsh Cup fixtures this week. These will be emailed out to all squad members.
Thursday 2nd October
Saturday 4th October Swindon travel to the West Midlands to face Wolverhampton in a representative friendly. The venue is Castle Vale Stadium, Farnborough Rd, Birmingham B35 7LQ. Kick-off is at 10.50 a.m. Players are asked to arrive in uniform by 10.05 to allow time to change and warm-up. Please bring boots with plastic moulded studs as the match is on a 3G surface. There may be food provided afterwards but if not there is a McDonald's nearby for those who wish to eat there.
Thursday 9th October In place of our usual training session we will be holding the first of our two sponsored shoot-out sessions at New College from 4.30-5.30 p.m. Half of the squad will be involved (a list of which players will be sent out via the WhatsApp group). Please bring your sponsor form so I can sign it to prove to your (many) sponsors that you took part.
Saturday 11th October Swindon begin their Anglo-Welsh Cup campaign with a home match against Rhondda-Cynon-Taf at Gerard Buxton. Kick-off is 11.00 a.m. and players are asked to arrive by 10.15 a.m. please in uniform. There will be hot food after the match for both sets of players.

Saturday 18th October Swindon head east once more, this tie to Bedfordshire for a Southern Counties League fixture against St. Albans. The venue is Colney Heath F.C., High Street, Colney Heat AL4 0NP. Players are asked to arrive in uniform by 9.45 a.m. ready for a kick-off on grass at 10.30 a.m. There will be hot food after the match for both sets of players. The kitchen will be open for supporters to buy hot/cold food and drinks throughout the morning.
The representative side was formed in 1973 and plays in four regional competitions; the Southern Counties League, Southern Counties Cup and Anglo-Welsh Cup. (click to view details of these competitions).
