The committee decided in 2021 that to celebrate 100 years of primary schools' football in the Borough of Swindon a new trophy would be competed for. This would involve the winners of the five area leagues which would play each other in a 'round-robin' format tournament. The school which finished top of this Champions' League would be presented with the Centenary Cup becoming the overall Swindon P.S.F.A. League Champions.
The tournament is always held after the annual Finals' Day and teams play four matches, each lasting twenty-minutes. Apart from the inaugural season's competition, the Champions' League tournament has been held at the Gerrard Buxton Sports Ground in Royal Wootton Bassett.
