Competition Entry Form for 2026-27 season

Entries for the 2026-27 season are now open. Any infant, junior or primary schools within the Borough of Swindon which wishes to take part in any of the football needs to complete and submit their form by 6.00 p.m. on Tuesday 30th June. Please complete the details on this form to enter all competitions organised by Swindon P.S.F.A. and submit no later than 6.00 p.m. on Tuesday 30th June 2026. Entries received after this date may not be accepted and your school may not be entered into any competitions organised by Swindon P.S.F.A. during the next academic year. Sections marked with a * must be completed. When calculating total cost remember to include rep side support grant (£20) and website access fee (£10) Invoices for competition entry fees will be issued to schools in September.
